The Indigo Children are the life’s blood of an evolved state of human consciousness moving into the future, sparking an all-out war against their continued existence by those currently in power. Insidious, highly-classified attacks are planned to launch against them, but Dustin Wintner, a.k.a. Winter, a fledgling Indigo Child with heightened sensitivity, thwarts the first incursion of their retrovirus.

Haj, a cosmic being, reveals the roadmap for success to Winter, a “seeding” of other Indigo Children including Keera (Winter’s love interest), Demetrius (a charismatic and influential Indigo Child), and Valo (the Indigo Child who deciphers the quantum entanglement at the root of all Indigo Children’s commonality. Together, and with the help of other people in the group, they navigate and repel the government’s attacks against them, arriving at a climax that subverted all the characters’ expectations, but one that will entrench the first step toward continued success with the Indigo Children’s march towards a better world.
